At Project Torque, we want to ensure your high-performance apparel fits perfectly. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
